On an annual basis Volunteers on Call, Inc. gathers volunteers from the Greenwich area to participate in a one day effort to help refurbish the home of a needy citizen.

RTSG, Inc. is one of 235 Rebuilding Together programs throughout the country. Over the last 13 years more than 8,750 volunteers worked 65,200 hours to rehabilitate 391 houses and non-profit facilities in Stamford, Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, and Norwalk. Nationally (770 municipalities in 50 states), 2 million volunteers worked 21 million hours to rehabilitate 70,000 houses and non-profit facilities.

The mission of RTSG, Inc. is to preserve and revitalize houses and communities, assuring that low-income homeowners, particularly those who are elderly and disabled and families with children live in warmth, safety and independence. Its goal is to make a sustainable impact in partnership with the community.
