Volunteers On Call is sponsoring an eyeglasses collection drive throughout the Fairfield County area and community. Organizations, businesses and individuals are involved in collection used eyeglasses through the end of the year.

In 2006 we will partner with our contacts in Rwanda and Costa Rica to connect with a local optician to match needy children and community members with a set of glasses.

This is an critical service that can help hundred of individuals acquire education, advance their skill sets and be more productive in their everyday lives.
